I agree with you Krista. Saw that response and thought it was right on.
Not sure I agree with the rebuttal, but I do think the Time article was in favor of more activity all together, rather than strenuous workouts that make non-athletic people not want to exercise again. Overall, though, Time should have talked more about the quality of food and how whole, nutrient-rich foods contain less calories than unhealthy processed foods. -Gina
