This is the photo from my Colombia trip that pleasantly surprised me when I saw it (Alex's mother and sisters are in the photo with me). I love how my arms look and it is ALL thanks to KB's. I still have more strengthening and toning to do but I'm pretty happy with this photo. Progress, not Perfection
